Vivaldi & Cardino S.p.A. has adopted a Whistleblowing service in order to ensure the highest level of protection in the handling of reports.

By completing the form below, it is possible to submit reports in complete security.

The service is managed externally and no employee of the company will have access to it.

Reports may be submitted by anyone, including anonymously, and are protected by the safeguards established by Italian Legislative Decree no. 24/2023.

In summary:

Reports may never result in any form of retaliation or discrimination against the reporting person;
It is prohibited to search for and/or use the information received for purposes other than those strictly related to the handling of the report;
If the reporting person chooses to submit a report anonymously, full anonymity is guaranteed, unless express consent is given or in cases where the report itself does not constitute a criminal offence or in the situations provided for under Article 329 of the Italian Code of Criminal Procedure.

The whistleblowing reporting channel may not be used for any other purposes, i.e. for making any other type of communication and/or transmission unrelated to the reporting of violations as identified above.

All reports will be handled by the Company’s Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza – ODV), an autonomous and independent body from the Company and its Directors, who will not have access to the reports.

The provision of personal data is optional, and any data entered will be processed for the duration of the report management and stored for the time necessary to process it, and in any case no longer than five years from the date of communication of the final outcome of the reporting procedure, in compliance with the confidentiality obligations referred to in Article 12 of Legislative Decree 24/2023 and the principle referred to in Article 5(1)(e) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Article 3(1)(e) of Legislative Decree No. 51 of 2018. The data will be processed exclusively by personnel appointed by the Controller and by entities expressly designated as Data Processors solely for technical maintenance purposes of the platform. The data will not be disclosed to third parties nor disseminated, except in cases specifically provided for by national or EU law.
